They reinforce and influence each other. What we imagine, think and believe about the world directly impacts who we are and who we become. Vice versa.

Process

This is an evolving notebook which I am using to document and share my ongoing learnings about living well.

The evolution of this document and its format will be messy and tedious due to its scope, but I am hoping to treat it like a giant puzzle that will have its gaps filled over time.

Each topic may have child topics and each will exist as a standalone notebook. They are divided into the two interconnected realms: meta and physical.
